Somaspidion hammapheron
Taxonomy
Somaspidion hammapheron was named by Jux (1982). Its type specimen is GIK 931, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kuhl 2 borehole, near Dinslaken, which is in a Westphalian B terrestrial shale in the Horster Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Somaspidion.
