Taxonomy
Trochotremaria pollens was named by Perner (1903) [Trochotremaria pollens Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is not extant. Its type locality is Praha-Slivenec, which is in a Pragian carbonate limestone in the Praha Formation of the Czech Republic.

It was recombined as Pleurotomaria (Stenoloron) pollens by Spitz (1907); it was recombined as Stenoloron pollens by Perner (1907); it was recombined as Stenoloron (Stenoloron) pollens by Frýda (2000); it was recombined as Spiroraphe pollens by Wagner (2023).
