Kirengella stabilis
Taxonomy
Hypseloconus stabilis was named by Berkey (1898). It is not extant. Its type locality is 1 kilometer south of Taylors Falls, half kilometer north of Folsom Island, which is in a Steptoean coastal sandstone in the Franconia Formation of Minnesota.
It was recombined as Kirengella stabilis by Webers et al. (1992), Stinchcomb and Angeli (2002), Yochelson and Webers (2006) and Wagner (2023).
