Epiosmylus panfilovi
Taxonomy
Epiosmylus panfilovi was named by Ren and Yin (2002). Its type specimen is CNU NN99011, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 1999 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
