Taxonomy
Syscioblatta corsini was named by Laurentiaux (1950). Its type specimen is MGL 12614, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Eparre quarry, Saint-Etienne, Eighth bed, which is in a Stephanian B terrestrial siliciclastic in France.
It was recombined as Kinklidoblatta corsini by Schneider (1983).
