Meekella julfensis
Taxonomy
Meekella julfensis was named by Garbelli et al. (2014). Its type specimen is MPUM 11296, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is JU1, NW of Main Valley section, Kuh-e Ali Bashi, which is in a Wuchiapingian deep subtidal ramp limestone in the Julfa Formation of Iran.
