Taxonomy
Euliphora grimaldii was named by Arillo and Mostovski (1999). Its type specimen is MCNA 8648, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Peñacerrada outcrop I, which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in the Escucha Formation of Spain. It is the type species of Euliphora.
