Taxonomy
Jordanobotomus faigi was named by Kaddumi (2005). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Jordanian Amber (Kaddumi ERMNH collection), which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in Jordan. It is the type species of Jordanobotomus.
