Nipponirhynchia kamiyassensis

Taxonomy
Nipponirhynchia kamiyassensis was named by Tazawa and Shintani (2014). Its type specimen is NU-B1509, a shell, and it is a mold. Its type locality is KY2, Hosoozawa valley, Kamiyasse, which is in a Sakmarian marine sandstone in the Nakadaira Formation of Japan.
