Patagiosites arbucklensis
Taxonomy
Eupachydiscus arbucklensis was named by Anderson (1958). Its type specimen is CAS 25730.01, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 25730 - Sand Creek [Forbes Shale], which is in a Coniacian marine shale in the Forbes Formation of California.
It was recombined as Patagiosites arbucklensis by Matsumoto (1959).
