Hoplitoides gibbosulus

Taxonomy
Pulchellia gibbosula was named by von Koenen (1897). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mungo River, between Mundame and Eliki, which is in a Turonian carbonate limestone/sandstone in the Mungo River Formation of Cameroon.

It was recombined as Hoplitoides gibbosulus by Solger (1904), Riedel (1933), Reyment (1955), Reyment (1958) and Kennedy and Cobban (1988).
