Furcirhynchia melvillei
Taxonomy
Furcirhynchia melvillei was named by Ager (1958). Its type specimen is GSM 28643, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quarry between Shipton Gorge and Bothenhampton, which is in a Spinatum carbonate limestone in the Marlstone Rock Formation of the United Kingdom.
