Xesmodon langi
Taxonomy
Glyphodon langi was named by Roth (1899). Its type specimen is skull with last two molars, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lago Musters, which is in a Mustersan terrestrial horizon in Argentina. It is the type species of Xesmodon, Glyphodon.
It was recombined as Xesmodon langi by Simpson (1948).
