Chinitnites parviformus
Taxonomy
Kheraiceras parviforme was named by Imlay (1953). Its type specimen is USNM 108052, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS Mesozoic 21334, Iniskin Peninsula, which is in a Callovian marine siliciclastic in the Chinitna Formation of Alaska.
It was recombined as Chinitnites parviformus by Imlay (1975).
