Taxonomy
Cadoceras kialagvikense was named by Imlay (1953). Its type specimen is USNM 108081, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS Mesozoic 12408, Wide Bay, which is in a Callovian marine siliciclastic in the Shelikof Formation of Alaska.
