Psilotrigonia vegaensis

Taxonomy
Psilotrigonia vegaensis was named by Pérez et al. (2008). Its type specimen is SNGM 591, a valve (left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vega Redonda, Atacama, which is in a Sinemurian/Pliensbachian open shallow subtidal horizon in Chile.
