Taxonomy
Gibbirhynchia reyi was named by Alméras and Fauré (2000). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is North of Camarasa, section 2, bed 27, which is in a Tenuicostatum deep subtidal ramp limestone in the Padrinas Formation of Spain.
