Stolmorhynchia vigilii
Taxonomy
Rhynchonella vigilii was named by Lepsius (1878). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cap San Vigilio, Lago di Garda, which is in a Toarcian/Aalenian open shallow subtidal grainstone in the Oolite Di San Vigilio Formation of Italy.
It was recombined as Lacunosella vigilii by Ferrari and Manara (1972); it was recombined as Pseudogibbirhynchia vigilii by Kamyshan and Babanova (1973); it was recombined as Stolmorhynchia vigilii by Siblik (2008).
