Placites subsymmetricus

Taxonomy
Pinacoceras subsymmetricum was named by von Mojsisovics (1873). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sandling, red Gastropoden beds, which is in a Lacian carbonate limestone in the Halstatt Formation of Austria.

It was recombined as Placites subsymmetricus by von Mojsisovics (1902).
