Genartina hauniensis

Taxonomy
Genartina hauniensis was named by Schwarzhans (2003). Its type specimen is MGUH 26043., an otolith, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sundkrogen [Lellinge Greensand], which is in a Selandian marine sandstone in the Lellinge Greensand Formation of Denmark.

W. Schwarzhans 2003High bodied, thin flat otoliths with a gentle and deeply curved ventral rim and a short, sharp ros- trum. The dorsal rim is expanded with a characteristic deep and angular antero-dorsal incision.
