Pedupycnolepas articulata
Taxonomy
Pycnolepas articulata was named by Collins (1980). Its type specimen is KG 1657.8b, an other, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hyperion Nunataks [Fossil Bluff Fm], which is in an Aptian marine mudstone in the Fossil Bluff Formation of Antarctica. It is the type species of Pedupycnolepas.
It was recombined as Pedupycnolepas articulata by Gale and Vidovic (2023).
