Taxonomy
Orthis prava was named by Hall (1858). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Orthothetes prava by Hall and Clarke (1892); it was recombined as Schuchertella prava by Fenton and Fenton (1924) and Stainbrook (1945); it was recombined as Floweria prava by Cooper and Dutro (1982).
