Floweria cornucopia
Taxonomy
Schuchertella cornucopia was named by Imbrie (1959). Its type specimen is USNM 124373, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loc. 52h. Roadside near center of NE. 1/4 sect. 22, T. 32N.,R.8E., Alpena County, which is in a Devonian marine shale in the Genshaw Formation of Michigan.
It was recombined as Floweria cornucopia by Stigall Rode (2005).
