Pseudochiridium lindae was named by Judson (2007). Its type specimen is MNHN-F-A30908, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican amber (MNHN coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.
