Taxonomy
Hypothyridina emmonsi rotunda was named by Cooper and Dutro (1982) [= Hypothyridina sp. B. McLaren and Norris 1962. p. 30. pI. 14, figs. 7- 9.]. Its type specimen is USNM 200947b, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil.
