Praedodromeus sangiorgiensis
Taxonomy
Praedodromeus sangiorgiensis was named by Strada et al. (2014). Its type specimen is MCSN 8451, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Meride D, Val Mara, Monte San Giorgio (MCSN), which is in a Longobardian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Meride Formation of Switzerland. It is the type species of Praedodromeus.
