Taxonomy
Pollicipes aboriginalis was named by Buckeridge (1983). Its type specimen is 77.3531, an other, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Unspecified localities [Gingin Chalk], which is in a Santonian offshore chalk in the Gingin Chalk Formation of Australia.
