Pachyscalpellum glauerti
Taxonomy
Scalpellum (Neoscalpellum) glauerti was named by Withers (1926). Its type specimen is WAM 4194, an other, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Round Hill, Dandarragan (Glauert collection), which is in a Santonian offshore chalk in the Gingin Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Neoscalpellum glauerti by Buckeridge (1983); it was recombined as Pachyscalpellum glauerti by Buckeridge (1991) and Gale (2015).
