Taxonomy
Coeloria naroetensis was named by Gerth (1923). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Narut River, Borneo, which is in a Miocene marine horizon in Indonesia.

It was recombined as Platygyra naroetensis by Kiessling (2014).
