Barreirosuchus franciscoi

Taxonomy
Barreirosuchus franciscoi was named by Iori and Garcia (2012). Its type specimen is MPMA 04-0012/00, a partial skeleton (Partial skull and 4 vertebrae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 4 km west of Monte Alto, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Barreirosuchus.
