Eremithyris muhlbergensis

Taxonomy
Eremithyris muhlbergensis was named by Brügge (1973). Its type specimen is ZGI X 4253, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mühlberg near Niedersachswerfen, which is in a Wuchiapingian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Zechstein Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Eremithyris.
