Hartungia elegans

Taxonomy
Hartungia elegans was named by Tomida and Nakamura (2001). Its type specimen is ESN2687, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tano, Miyazak-gun [Tano Fm], which is in a Messinian coastal siliciclastic in the Tano Formation of Japan.
