Taxonomy
Phyllopachyceras bontshevi was named by Manolov (1962). Its type specimen is SGM Cr1-1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gully near school, Bistrilitza, which is in a Barremian marine horizon in Bulgaria.
