Taxonomy
Eoleptoceras (Tzankoviceras) tzankovi was named by Manolov (1962). Its type specimen is SGM Cr1-12, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Southern end of Kraptshene village, which is in a Barremian marine marl in Bulgaria.
