Rhinorex condrupus
Taxonomy
Rhinorex condrupus was named by Gates and Scheetz (2014). Its type specimen is BYU 13258, a partial skeleton (partial, but mostly articulated skeleton and skull. Postcranial elements include partial pelvis and vertebral colum), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thompson Canyon (general), which is in a Campanian channel sandstone in the Nelsen Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Rhinorex.
