Tachydromia (Tachypona) postposita was named by Keilbach (1982). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland. It is the type species of Tachydromia (Tachypona).
