It was reranked as Waldheimia (Zeilleria) by Bayle (1878) and Vacek (1886).

It was assigned to Waldheimia by Bayle (1878) and Vacek (1886); to Terebratulida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Zeilleriinae by Williams et al. (2006).
