Taxonomy
Pseudogibbirhynchia plena was named by Kamyshan (1973). Its type specimen is No. 6/556 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Marukh River (Sowerbyi), which is in a Bajocian carbonate limestone in Georgia.
