Glyptomena sculpturata
Taxonomy
Glyptomena sculpturata was named by Cooper (1956). Its type specimen is USNM II 78S6c and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 1.2 miles S. 310 E. of Sharon Springs, which is in an Ashbyan carbonate limestone in the Chatham Hill Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Glyptomena.
