Basal cavity deep, reaching apical part of element. Anterior side convex, rarely straight, circular in cross-section, with small depression (furrow) in basal part of element. Posterior side concave, rarely straight, with median carina. Median carina rarely present on anterior side. Anterior and posterior sides separated from each other by lateral ribs.
