Conosaurus bowmani

Taxonomy
Conosaurus bowmani was named by Gibbes (1851). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ashley River (Miocene Marl), which is in a Miocene marine marl in South Carolina.

It was recombined as Conosaurops bowmani by Leidy (1868).
