Sequoiomyia krauseli

Taxonomy
Sequoiomyia krauseli was named by Möhn (1960). Its type specimen is SMF 11781, a nymph (pupa), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Grube Düren, near Düren, which is in a Miocene terrestrial siliciclastic in Germany. It is the type species of Sequoiomyia.
