Afrasia djijidae

Taxonomy
Afrasia djijidae was named by Chaimanee et al. (2012). Its type specimen is NMMP 81, a tooth (right M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nyaungpinle, which is in a Bartonian fluvial mudstone in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar. It is the type species of Afrasia.
