Taxonomy
Uraloblatta minor was named by Zalessky (1953). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (Zalessky material), which is in an Irenian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.
