Taxonomy
Zygadenia martinae was named by Jarzembowski et al. (2015). Its type specimen is WAM 08.173, an elytra, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Mintaja 1 outcrop, Hill River region, which is in a Toarcian interdistributary bay siltstone in the Cattamarra Coal Measures Formation of Australia.
