Taxonomy
Loboidothyris meeki was named by Crickmay (1933). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ravine 34 (meeki zone), southwest slope of Mount Jura, which is in a Bajocian marine sandstone in the Mormon Formation of California.
