Taxonomy
Tichosina foresti was named by Cooper (1979). Its type specimen is USNM 818h and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM Loc. 818h, Facey Creek, Antigua, which is in an Oligocene marine horizon in Antigua and Barbuda.
