Allosaurus lucasi
Taxonomy
Allosaurus lucasi was named by Dalman (2014). Its type specimen is YPM VP 57589, a partial skeleton (partial skeleton of an adult consisting of cranial, dental, and postcranial elements), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is McElmo Canyon, which is in a Tithonian fluvial conglomerate in the Morrison Formation of Colorado.
