Amygdalotheca is a genus. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Amygdalothecidae.

It was assigned to Amygdalothecidae by Lefebvre and Vizcaino (1999); and to Cornuta by Lefebvre (2000) and Sepkoski (2002).
