Taxonomy
Orthis (Dalmanella) testudinaria gracilis was named by Reed (1917) [Orthis (Dalmanella) testudinaria Dalman var. nov. gracilis].

It was recombined as Eremotrema gracilis by Williams (1962) and Candela and Harper (2014).
